A relational therapy group

For women who want to feel more at home in themselves and more connected in their relationships.

REQUEST A CONSULTATION

If you’re drawn to honest presence, embodied growth, and meaningful connection, beginning with how you relate to yourself, this circle offers a steady place to explore that in relationship.

Here, you’re supported in trusting yourself more fully, softening habitual patterns that no longer serve you, and practicing new ways of being with the consistent support of other women.

A Common Starting Place

Many women who find their way to this circle are thoughtful, capable, and already engaged in personal or therapeutic work — yet still sense that something important hasn’t fully landed.

Often, insight alone doesn’t create lasting change. Without a place to practice new ways of being, familiar patterns tend to repeat — not only in our relationships with others, but in the quieter ways we relate to ourselves: holding back, second-guessing, overriding our needs, or remaining in roles that once made sense but no longer fit.

What This Group Is

  • A closed, depth-oriented psychotherapy group grounded in shared presence, consistency, and relationship
  • A living container where new ways of relating to yourself and others can be noticed, practiced, and embodied
  • A supportive group environment where these shifts can settle and carry into your daily life

Who This Group Is For

This therapeutic circle may be a good fit if you’re wanting to:

  • Feel more grounded and sturdy within yourself
  • Trust your inner signals and needs more fully
  • Notice and revise familiar patterns that no longer serve you
  • Express your wants and needs clearly
  • Experience connection that feels mutual, steady, and satisfying

Therapists and helping professionals are warmly welcome in this circle and often find the work deeply nourishing.

This group is a space for personal therapeutic work — an invitation to show up as yourself, rather than in a professional role.

Meet Your Therapist & Group Facilitator

Carrie Haynes, LPC

I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience holding depth-oriented groups for women who are longing for more honesty, connection, and ease in themselves and their relationships.

I care deeply about creating spaces where you don’t have to perform, explain, or get it “right”— spaces where you can simply arrive as you are and be met with respect and curiosity. My work is grounded in relational presence and somatic awareness, held within a steady, carefully tended container that supports real change unfolding at its own pace.

My role in this circle is to listen closely, track what’s happening beneath the surface, and gently support each woman in finding her own voice, boundaries, and inner authority — so the work you do here carries into your life beyond the group.

The Therapeutic Approach

 This group integrates:

  • Relational group psychotherapy
  • Somatic and embodied awareness
  • Depth-oriented inquiry
  • A consistent, carefully held container

The intention is not to push for change, but to create conditions where self-trust and relational confidence can emerge over time.

Who This Group May Not Be a Fit For

This group may not be the right fit if you:

  • Are seeking a drop-in or short-term group
  • Prefer a primarily educational or skills-based format
  • Are unable to commit to consistent weekly attendance
  • Are currently in acute crisis and need a higher level of care
  • Feel strongly uncomfortable engaging emotionally in a group

If you’re unsure, we’ll explore fit together during the consultation.

What to Expect

This is a slow-building, depth-oriented relational group. Early sessions focus on establishing safety, rhythm, and relational trust, with no expectation to share everything or move faster than feels right.

Sessions may include:

  • Attunement to present-moment experience
  • Somatic tracking and embodied inquiry
  • Relational exploration as dynamics arise
  • Opportunities to speak, listen, and be witnessed
  • Reflection and integration over time

What Women Often Take With Them

While every woman’s experience is unique, many participants describe leaving with:

  • A greater sense of inner steadiness and self-trust

  • Increased clarity about personal needs and boundaries

  • More embodied confidence in relating

  • A felt experience of being seen and met

  • A deeper sense of belonging and connection

Many women find that what they practice in the group begins to show up naturally in daily life — in how they speak up, set boundaries, and stay present with themselves and others.
