Seasonal Circles for Women
A spacious, in-person gathering to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
SAVE YOUR SEATThere are moments when what’s needed isn’t more effort or insight, but space. Space to slow down, listen inward, and be with what is quietly unfolding.
Across the year, four in-person, circles are offered—each aligned with a season and held with care, clarity, and intention.
These gatherings are for women who want time to reflect, feel, and reconnect with what is emerging as the year moves on. These circles are not therapy groups and not training experiences. They are restorative, reflective gatherings where depth unfolds gently through presence, simple structure, and shared community.
The Seasonal Circles
Each circle is guided by a seasonal myth, offering shared language for
the rhythms of women’s inner lives.
🌱 Spring — Persephone:
The Return
April 18, 2026
Spring invites attention to what is beginning to stir after a season of quiet or waiting. This circle offers space to notice what wants light, movement, or expression as the year opens again.
Together, we will slow down and listen for what is emerging beneath the surface. Through reflection, gentle practices, and shared presence, you are invited to reconnect with new beginnings and sense what is ready to come forward.
This is a place to honor beginnings without rushing them.
SAVE YOUR SEAT🔥 Summer — Psyche:
The Call to Devotion
June 20, 2026
As energy rises and life becomes fuller, summer invites discernment. This circle creates space to reflect on what truly matters now and how you want to offer your time, care, and attention.
Through guided reflection and relational presence, you are invited to clarify what feels essential and to notice where your energy is naturally drawn. Together, we will listen for what asks for devotion and what may no longer require your effort.
This is a pause for choosing with care.
SAVE YOUR SEAT🍂 Autumn — Inanna:
The Gate of Release
September 12, 2026
Autumn carries the wisdom of transition and letting go. This circle offers space to sense what is ready to be loosened or laid down as the year begins to wane.
Held with care and respect, the gathering invites reflection on endings, thresholds, and the quiet work of release. Through shared presence and gentle structure, you are supported in honoring what has completed and what no longer needs to be carried forward.
This is a place to release with intention.
SAVE YOUR SEAT❄️ Winter — La Loba:
Listening in the Dark
December 19, 2026
Winter invites slowing down and turning inward. This circle offers space to listen beneath the noise and settle into a quieter rhythm.
Through rest, reflection, and shared presence, you are invited to attend to what is subtle, essential, and forming beneath the surface. There is no need to arrive with clarity or answers.
This is a gathering for listening deeply and allowing what is true to take shape in its own time.
SAVE YOUR SEATThe Full Seasonal Circle Series
Each day-long circle stands on its own. Some women choose to return across the seasons, allowing insight and meaning to unfold over time through repeated gathering.
The full series offers a year-long rhythm of pause and reflection, guided by the turning of the seasons. Moving through spring, summer, autumn, and winter together creates space to notice patterns, shifts, and continuity in your inner life.
Gathering across the year supports a deeper sense of coherence and relationship, both with yourself and within the shared field of the circle. This option is for those who feel drawn to returning again and again to listen, reflect, and gather in community.
SAVE YOUR SEATWorking with Myth
Long before psychology had language for transition, devotion, grief, or renewal, stories carried this wisdom.
Myth offers a way to approach inner experience with symbolic distance—inviting reflection rather than self-judgment. In circle, these stories are not instructions or answers. They act as mirrors, helping you recognize where you are and what may be asking for your attention next.
No prior knowledge of myth is needed. The stories are offered simply as companions for meaning-making, embodiment, and reflection

Meet Your Guide
Carrie Haynes, LPC
I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience holding group spaces for women grounded in presence, relationship, and embodied listening. Over time, I’ve come to trust what can unfold when women are given space, rhythm, and care — and when attention is invited inward, without hurry or expectation.
I care deeply about creating spaces where you can arrive just as you are. Spaces shaped by respect, curiosity, and a shared willingness to listen — to yourself, to others, and to what is moving beneath the surface. My work is informed by clinical training and years of facilitating groups, as well as a deep appreciation for the wisdom that emerges through shared presence.
In these day-long circles, I tend the container with intention and care. I offer gentle structure, guide reflective and embodied practices, and stay attuned to the group as it unfolds — so there is room for rest, insight, and meaning to arise naturally through story, rhythm, and connection.
If one of these circles feels resonant, you’re welcome to join.
There is space here to pause, reflect, and gather.
