Payment Agreement and Cancellation Policy

Payment Agreement:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required upon registration to secure your spot for the retreat.

• Balance: The remaining balance of the retreat fee must be paid in full no later than September 1st, 2024, unless otherwise stated in writing by the retreat organizer.

Late Payment: Failure to submit full payment by the specified deadline may result in the forfeiture of your reserved spot, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Participant:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the start date of the retreat will receive a refund of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made 30-59 days prior to the start date of the retreat will recieve a 50% refund of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days  prior to the start date of the retreat will not be eligible for a refund.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to carrie@artofgroups.com.

Cancellation by Organizer:

• In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizer due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disaster, unforeseen venue issues), participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
• The organizer shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation costs.

Participant Substitution:

• Participants may request to transfer their reserved spot to another eligible individual at no additional cost, provided that the organizer is notified in writing at least 30 days prior to the start date of the retreat.

By submitting payment for the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Payment Agreement and Cancellation Policy.
