Sometimes the difference between an idea and a real group is having someone help you get it started.
Week 1 — Clarify the Vision
Who are you creating this for?
What need does it address?
What kind of gathering are you building?
We'll clarify the purpose, audience, structure, and intention of your offering so you have a clear foundation to build from.
Outcome: A clear concept and direction.
:
Week 2 — Build the Container
We'll work through format, pricing, logistics, agreements, enrollment, and the practical decisions that can keep a good idea stuck.
The goal isn't to have every detail perfect.
It's to create a group that is clear enough for people to say yes to.
Outcome: A structure that's ready to invite people into.
Week 3 — Invitations and Enrollment
Marketing your group doesn't have to feel performative or salesy.
We'll work on your messaging, referral strategy, outreach, and enrollment conversations so you know what to say—and feel good saying it.
Outcome: Clear language and a plan for inviting the right people.
Week 4 — Launch and Next Steps
We'll troubleshoot what's still getting in the way, think through your first session, and create a concrete plan for moving from preparation into action.
Some participants may be ready to open enrollment before we finish.
Others will leave knowing exactly what needs to happen next.
Outcome: A clear, actionable path to launch.

Why this workshop exists
You've had the idea. Maybe you've had it for a long time.
You can imagine the therapy group, women's circle, support group, consultation group, or gathering you want to create.
But then come all the decisions.
Who is it for? What will you charge? Where will you hold it? How will you find participants? What do you need to have in place before you begin?
And suddenly, the idea gets pushed to the bottom of the list. Again.
Get Your Group Started gives you the structure, support, and dedicated time to finally work through those decisions—and turn your idea into something real.
What You'll Receive:
✓ Four live implementation workshops
✓ Dedicated time to actually work on your group
✓ Support when you get stuck or overwhelmed
✓ Feedback and consultation from Carrie
✓ Recordings if you can't attend live
✓ Structure and accountability to keep you moving
You won't leave with more ideas. You'll leave with something built.

Investment
$400
An eight-person group at $50 per participant brings in $400 in a single session—meaning this workshop can pay for itself the first time your group meets.
But the real return isn't just that first session. It's a structure you can run again and again: a repeatable offering that serves your community and supports your practice for years to come.
Meet Your Guide
Carrie Haynes, LPC
For more than twenty years, I've been facilitating groups, teaching therapists, and creating spaces where people can heal and grow in community.
I've led therapy groups, women's circles, retreats, trainings, and consultation spaces—and I've helped therapists and facilitators bring their own groups into the world.
I've also seen how often a meaningful idea stays an idea because the logistics, marketing, and practical decisions feel overwhelming.
Get Your Group Started brings together what I love most: groups, teaching, mentorship, and helping people move from vision to action.
If you've been carrying a vision for a group or circle, I'd love to help you bring it into the world.
Fall is one of the best times to begin.
People return to their routines. They're thinking about what they want to commit to and how they want to spend their time.
Let's use these four weeks to get your group ready to meet them.
